To enhance your test experience, this portal provides application and inquiry functions for certain test-related services.
You can apply for and check related services after completing registration 3 days. The portal currently offers the following services:
Request for test rescheduling or module change
Request for Extra TEST RESULT FORM (TRF) and track application status
Request for test refunds and Enquiry on Results (EOR) refunds
Request for Enquiry on Results (EOR) for UKVI paper-based tests
Important Reminder：Once you complete your registration, if you need to modify personal details or update passport information, please contact the test centre immediately. Failure to request changes at least one week before the test date may affect your test eligibility.
